- We have two simple charges: a one-time setup fee of £150-300 (depending on complexity) which covers the design, build and first year domain registration. Then a monthly fee of £49 which includes hosting, maintenance, content changes, security and support.
- What's included in the monthly fee?
- The £49 monthly fee includes: reliable hosting on Microsoft Azure, maintenance and security updates, content changes whenever you need them, email support, domain renewal, and backups. Everything in one simple package with no surprises.
- How long does it take to build my website?
- Most websites are ready within 1-2 weeks. I'll send you a preview link to review and we can make adjustments until you're happy. Once you approve, I register your domain and take the site live.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, there are no long contracts. Just give 30 days notice. No exit fees and your domain is yours to keep.
- Do I need technical knowledge?
- No, that's the whole point. I handle all the technical stuff: hosting, updates, security, and maintenance. If you need to change something, just send a message and I'll do it for you.
- Will my website work on mobile phones?
- Yes, all websites are fully mobile-optimized. Most people will search for your business on their phone, so it's essential that it works perfectly on all screens.
