"Not secure", an expired certificate, forms that never arrive or a site that is down: we fix it and watch that it stays fixed.

Common Questions
How much does website maintenance cost?
£49 a month, no contract. That covers updates, backups, security and the SSL certificate, hosting and the content changes you need. The first review is free, and if the site needs fixing before it can be maintained, you get a fixed price before we start.
Do you look after websites you didn't build?
Yes, that's most of them. It doesn't matter who built it: we review it for free, recover the logins and tell you what's wrong before you commit to anything.
What about WordPress sites?
Most sites are. We take a backup before every update, keep the core, plugins and theme current, and watch security. If a plugin has been abandoned, we suggest a replacement.
What if my site is on Wix, Squarespace or similar?
There the platform handles hosting and updates itself, so paying us for that would make no sense. We'll tell you honestly whether to keep it as it is or rebuild it, and what each option would cost.
What if the person who built my site has disappeared?
It happens more than you'd think. We help you recover the logins and put the domain and hosting in your name. If the domain is registered to someone else, we explain how to claim it back.
What if I want to cancel?
30 days notice and you're done, with no exit fees. The site, the domain and the logins are yours, and we hand them over.
How quickly do you respond if something breaks?
We reply the same day. If the site is down, it is the first thing we look at.
